NBS: Nimble, Balanced & Strong

NBS is a bi-weekly, virtual, strength, mobility, and self-care program for movement professionals.  Our goal is to be physically and mentally Nimble, Balanced & Strong.

    NOT FOR:

    Beginners who do not currently have a movement practice or anyone with major acute injuries or limitations. Please reach out for private training instead.

    • Nourish your body, expand your practice, and sharpen your skills, while strengthening connection and awareness in your body

    • Train, explore, play, and learn with a fun, international community that inspires and keeps each other accountable

    • Move in ways that are productive, purposeful, and strengthening, while also playful, healing, and balancing

  • We will make whatever setup you have work, but the more tools you have, the more possibilities we can create during training.

    • Space to move (at least length of your body x length of your body)

    • Functional internet connection and video capability

    • A stable chair, box, bench, or table you can safely step on

    • Something to slide (socks or towel on wooden floor or sliders on carpet)

    • Bands or weights or heavier objects to lift (e.g. 2 bottles of wine, rocks, or backpack full of books)

    • Pull-up bar

    • Suspension system (gymnastic rings, TRX, etc)

    • Yoga blocks (cork is ideal)

    • Bands of different resistances

    • Dumbbells, kettlebells, or other free weights with varied weight

    • A yoga mat

    • A stick or dowel

    • Parallettes
