A workshop to practice softness and suppleness in the body and promote resilience. the foundation of strength, power, healthy living, and graceful aging.

In this workshop, we will explore and practice principles to promote resilient joints and a supple body. To help dancers, yogis, aerialists, martial artists, and other movers stay injury-free or heal injuries faster, so they can move and practice with ease. We will apply tools inspired by bodyweight disciplines like martial arts, dance, and gymnastics and utilized by elite strength and movement coaches and therapists.

We will use movement, breath, and sound to promote relaxation. Explore joint limitations through articulations and learn to strengthen major joints using bodyweight moves with progressive overload. Practicing tools to build resilience in our joints and strengthen the weakest links in our system.
